Join our community for events, safety, and well-being.
The Reed House Residents’ Association is committed to fostering a strong sense of community among all residents. We organise regular events and meetings to encourage collaboration and open communication.
The Residents' Association represents over 184 residents and leaseholders living in the Reed House. We represent the interests of everyone to ensure best value for our money, to maintain the development, and to make Reed House Lane the best place to live it can be.
With the support of leaseholders and residents, the RA's wants to achieve great things to help with the upkeep, maintenance and safety in our development.
As we know, Individual voices struggle to be heard, but as a group, with recognition from the managing agents, we can have a stronger united voice!
With the support of leaseholders and residents, the RA's objectives will be:
-Successfully organise community meetings and events.
- Engage with managing agents to address service issues.
- Increased transparency in service charge breakdowns.
- Build a growing network of active members and volunteers.
The Residents' Association is entirely independent of the managing agent, developer and freeholder. The Residents' Association is run by the Committee, which is formed of leaseholders and residents of the development
Our RA will push hard to advance issues on behalf of our members at Reed House.
From identifying and reducing unfair service charge costs, improving the quality of service that the managing agents deliver, identifying and recommending improvements to the estate, and holding the managing agents to account when they fall short of our expectations.
We share and celebrate these achievements with all our members , so your support helps us deliver on our aims!
We take our independence very seriously.
The Residents' Association receives no funding or other tangible benefits from either the managing agent (KFH), the developer, or the Freeholder. We act entirely independently in the best interests of our members, as dictated by our Constitution.
We're waiting and looking forward to welcoming you!
